INSPIRO Neurobistro is more than just a plant-based restaurant. It’s a new standard of gastronomy, built on the principle of "from seed to plate." Every food and drink here is the result of in-depth research in neurogastronomy and the microbiome, conducted in collaboration with leading scientists and professors from various disciplines — from nutrition and epigenetics to gerontology — as part of our scientific council.

At INSPIRO, we research neuronutrition, an integrative field that examines the complex impact of nutrition on brain function, cognitive function, emotional well-being and overall human health.

INSPIRO Neurobistro offers both a lunch and dinner menu. The lunch menu is available from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and the dinner menu from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

From 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, we take a short break between service periods. During this time, the team prepares the dining area and kitchen for the evening service, recharges, and gets ready to welcome guests.

The last order for the lunch menu is accepted until 3:30 PM, and starting at 5:00 PM, we look forward to seeing you for dinner.

INSPIRO Neurobistro has its own farm in Altai, where vegetables are grown, herbs and wild plants are collected. Our food also feature specialized organic ingredients, such as nootropic mushrooms (Lion's mane mushroom), grown in an ecologically clean area of ​​the Vladimir region.
